Animal Kingdom

I really liked our day at Animal Kingdom.

It was a nice day and this park has lots of shade everywhere.

My first ride was the Forbidden Mountain behind Roel. I screamed like a Banshee when he took me on that ride. The Yeti really scarred me.

I loved the Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Everything was so open and we could see the animals so close.

They told us later that day that they close the ride at 7:00 pm because that is when the animals hunt and no one should be in there. This is when they feed them too.

Our Day at Epcot

The Day we went to Epcot was pretty good, except it rained. We didn't get to see the different countries until another day when we went over again.

(Mom needs lessons on picture taking.)

It was very hot and humid. We got so hot we had to slip into an English Pub and have some authentic Fish and Chips.

Kaya liked playing with the Napkin. Or should I say serviette. A napkin in England means a diaper. They call them Napies.

Disney Reflections

Since this summer has been so busy, I wanted to post some more pictures of our trip to Disney World.

We spent Liliaan's Birthday at the Park and went to the California Grill at the Contemporary Resort. We took this picture from the top floor. If you time it right, you can have dinner here and then go out to the top to watch the fireworks!

We also ate at a place where the characters come to your table so you can get pictures with them. Kaya was pretty scarred of them and kept looking out for them.

We all ate alot while we were there, including Kaya.

Goodbye to a Good Thing

It is sad to say, but Liliaan Darin and Kaya left this morning for Maui . I am sad to have to say good by to my cute little Kaya. The only thing I am happy about is that at least by the end of the week Sophia Derek and the kids will be up on the weekend and I will be able to spend time with them.

This summer has been one of the best summer's I have had for a long time. I have been able to spend lots of time with family and doing some fun things. Not having to work was good too.

We are looking forward to Laura's Wedding in San Diego which will be coming up soon too in August.
